It's a weird time in the WWE. The wildcard rule has been in affect for a couple of months or so and is proving to be just a little annoying. Paul Heyman has been put in charge of RAW and Eric Bischoff will be heading up the blue brand as it goes to being on the Fox Sports network in the US. Hopefully both men will be given the opportunity to make the brands their own thing as it's hard to distinguish the two brands at this point in time.
1. WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Drew Gulak (C) Vs. Oney Lorcan: I'm under no illusion that this match will take place on the pre show but, it has yet to be confirmed. This is a dream match for the 205 Live division, with both men at the height of their game. This will be a hard hitting match full of classic submission wrestling. Oney Lorcan has been a bit of a slow burning success in 205 Live and has had some great matches since his arrival. Drew Gulak has proven how good he is for such a long time that the fact he is champion now is great but, also a little insulting that it took him so long to get to the top of the division. I think this may be one of the matches that get people talking and hopefully bring more eyes to the division. I can't see Gulak losing any time soon so for that reason he'll retain.
2. Dolph Ziggler Vs. Goldberg: In a million years I could not have called this match but, it oddly makes sense. With that being said I could really care less about Goldberg being wheeled out for another match. Dolph Ziggler has spent the last year or so floating about, being on the verge of crying about the fact it should have been him. This match will hopefully be over quickly, with Goldberg stumbling through the match for the win.
3. Smackdown Live Women's Championship: Bayley (C) Vs. Ember Moon: Bayley has had a slightly underwhelming run at the top of the Smackdown Live women's division and Ember Moon has flown under the radar since returning from injury. This might be the match that raises both competitors profile and actually raise the profile for the entire Smackdown Live women's division. Ember Moon is an incredible competitor and hasn't really enjoyed the success she deserves. Bayley has been on the fringes of becoming either a heel or a anti hero face I think I would much prefer Bayley to be a heel. This will be an incredible match given enough time. I think Bayley might come out with the win.
4. Kevin Owens Vs. Shane McMahon: The stipulation in place for this match is that if Kevin Owens loses he loses his job and let's face it that won't happen. I honestly didn't think I would enjoy the feud between Owens and Shane McMahon as much as I would but, it has been really entertaining. Kevin Owens has slipped into the Stone Cold Steve Austin style character perfectly and the fans have really taken to it. This will be a decent enough match that will probably be filled with a lot of interference in favour of McMahon. I honestly can't see Owens being written off of TV any time soon so I think he'll come out on top.
5. Trish Stratus Vs. Charlotte Flair: I am a little confused about this match. Despite being billed as a match to bring together generations but, was only really built over the past two weeks. For a match of this stature it should have been built over the past few months with Stratus and Flair crossing paths to set it up. I'm not sure how this match will go seen as Stratus hasn't really been in the ring more than a couple of times in the past year or two. I think Charlotte Flair will sell the hell out of being the heel but, Stratus will get a comeback and a win to further the feud.
6. WWE United States Championship: AJ Styles (C) Vs. Ricochet: This has been one of the better feuds over the past few months. I did feel that Ricochet lost the US championship far too quickly but, I think the heel Styles benefits more from being the champion. I think this match will be a passing of the torch between two of the best junior heavyweights of the past 20 years. This will be a great back and forth match with a lot of high spots. I can't see Styles losing the championship any time soon but, I can't see this feud ending any time soon. Styles for the win.
7. Finn Balor Vs. Bray Wyatt: Without a doubt the reinvention of Bray Wyatt has been the most entertaining part of WWE television this year and finally the audience gets a glimpse at the brand new incarnation of Wyatt. Finn Balor has been a little hit or miss lately, losing the Intercontinental Championship in pretty spectacular fashion to Shinsuke Nakamura .There have been rumours that has is going to be off television for a little while and it is more than likely that Balor will be the next victim of The Fiend.
8. WWE Heavyweight Championship: Kofi Kingston (C) Vs. Randy Orton: Kofi Kingston has really defied the odds by retaining the WWE Championship time and time again and this feud with Randy Orton is the re ignition of a nearly decade old feud. This match has been built incredibly well over the past number of weeks and this might be the surprise hit of the whole event. I think this match will be pretty intense with Kingston really proving just how good he is. I honestly can't see what losing the championship to Orton any time soon so, for that reason Kingston for the win.
9. Raw Women's Championship Submission Match: Becky Lynch (C) Vs. Natalya: I didn't see Natty being involved in a feud for the Raw women's championship but, I think that Lynch and Natty have been involved in a pretty entertaining feud over the past number of weeks. This match will be a fantastic showing but, I wouldn't count out Natty any time soon. I think Lacey Evans might get involved with the outcome of this match and I think Natty might come out on top.
10. WWE Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar Vs. Seth Rollins: And it's like Seth Rollins becoming the Beast Slayer meant nothing at all because big cheque Brock is wondering about with the Universal Championship like Wrestlemania never happened. This match will be a barrage of hits a suplex after suplex on Lesnar's part. Rollins may get in some offence but, not a lot. Lesnar for the win.
