I really should post these in a "Shameless Promotion" article but I really want to let the films themselves do the talking. First up is a short entitled "Fabricated Existence" by Matt Turner. This is a fantastic display of sound design and well worth a watch:
Second up is a short horror film that has been around for a little while entitled "The Smiling Man" which is genuinely creepy. I discovered this when I tracked down the "Lights Out" shirt that's spawned the full length feature last year. Check out the short by Michael Evans below:
The final short is another horror by a filmmaker called Danny Donahue entitled "The Moonlight Man" which is great example of great suspense horror and great use of practical effects. Check it out below:I
