When I heard Frank Carter had left Gallows I was a little shocked and disappointed. Having recruited Wade MacNeil (formerly of Alexisonfire) Gallows have returned with a fairly strong EP. When I heard Frank Carter had a new band I was excited to hear what was going to be released, however I am impressed with his new band Pure Love. Featuring Carter on vocals and ex Hope Conspiracy guitarist Jim Carroll, Pure Love is a rock and roll sound that is damned catchy. Check out the video for the song Bury My Bones:
